After a friendly welcome we will kit you out with appropriately-sized buoyancy aids, paddles and dry storage barrels.

We'll give you a thorough bank-based briefing covering basic strokes and manoeuvring, typical hazards and how to avoid them, things to look out for and explain your route.

After allocating one or more of our large, safe, open style canoes we'll get you launched offering final words of advice and encouragement before you head off down river, back to your starting point.
