This private programme is designed as an introduction to the exhilarating sport of Rock Climbing. The half day programme is great for those who want to try out a few climbs to see what it's like! This programme is designed for families with kids' 6+ or friends looking to try a new experience. You can choose either the morning 8:00am - 12:00pm or afternoon 12:30pm - 4:30pm for your programme.

Safety is our top priority, we will go to a local climbing area and participants will have the opportunity to climb a variety of routes with our guides.

You will learn the basic skills to rock climb outdoors including:
• Hazard awareness and risk mitigation
• Tying in to the rope
• Belaying and Lowering
• Communication between climbing partner
• Climbing Movement techniques
• As always, your guide will customise the programme to suit the skills and abilities of the group !
