During the sightseeing drive, we will show you the old Manaus, remembering the rubber boom  of the turn of the last century like São Sebastião Square, visit inside the 19th century Palácio Rio Negro built  to  be the private  residence  of a German rubber baron and later the Governors office until 1997, transformed after this date in Cultural Centre, the Rio Negro Palace shelters today several exhibitions. Walk through the Municipal Market was built in front of the Rio Negro, in art nouveau style and inaugurated on 1882.   Its architecture is compared to the extinct Les Hales Market, from Paris. It works until these days as a business centre of regional products, learn about the local fish, fruits and medicinal herbs with many pharmacies with natural products.
