Know before you book

  • Children 5 and younger are not allowed in the Towers. They will need to remain downstairs with an adult. Children 15 and younger must be accompanied by a paying adult.
  • If you fear heights or if you have limited mobility, you should not take part in this activity.
  • This activity is not wheelchair accessible. You have to use the stairs to go down, lift can be used only to climb the tower but not to go down
  • The towers may be closed depending on the climate conditions of the day. They usually remain closed when there is rainy or windy weather.
  • As Sagrada Familia is a Catholic church, you must dress appropriately and adhere to the following restrictions: see-through clothing is forbidden, tops must cover the shoulders, plunging necklines or exposed backs or bellies are not acceptable, and shorts and skirts must come under the knees
  • For safety reasons, you may not wear a hat inside the nave or museum, except for religious, health, or belief-related reasons.
  • You will be denied entry if you wear clothing that celebrates any sort of festivities or that has decorations designed to distract or draw attention for artistic, religious, promotional, or any other purposes.
  • The monument decides which Tower can be visited by tourist and which one will remain closed, and this may changed depending on the day
