The geothermal area of Geysir is one of the most iconic symbols of Iceland. You will be taken by surprise when the steaming waters of Strokkur spout in the air every 5 to 8 minutes.

Another must-see on this tour is Gullfoss, translated as the Golden waterfall. Its unique shape is a breathtaking spectacle of water flowing down two steps into a 32 metre deep canyon.

Thingvellir National Park is a unique site in Iceland. Embrace the phenomenal natural forces at play at the crossroads of the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates. Thingvellir is also the site of the Icelandic Parliament founded in 930. Thingvellir tells stories of geographical and political struggles, compromises and ongoing evolution. In 2004 Thingvellir joined the UNESCO World Heritage List for its cultural value.
