The tour covers some of the most dark and macabre stories about Covington, ranging from the ghostly hauntings of slaves, ship captains, and Civil War soldiers, to some of the grisliest true crime stories of murders and suicides in the city that will be sure to give you spine-tingling chills and make the hairs on the back of your neck stand up! NOTE: this is a walking tour so be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes. The tour route is approximately 2 miles long. This tour is also available as a driving tour for those who are unable to walk two miles. Our first stop will be the Covington Floodwall where you will browse the beautiful murals and learn about the gruesome history of the Garner Family Murder, as well as the history of the Underground Railway here.

Our second stop will be George Rogers Clark Park, where you will view the statue of Steamboat Captain Mary Greene, and learn about her ghostly appearances to ship captains and crew members on the Ohio River.
BB Riverboats
