Lokananta Gallery, Indonesia's first state-owned historical music cultural heritage site, offers an extensive collection of archives, documents, memorabilia, and a timeline that traces Lokananta's evolution since the 1950s, along with stories about the history of the popular music industry and various regions across Indonesia.

Permanent Exhibition Rooms:

• Linimasa: Features the historical timeline of Lokananta's journey, from its founding to its decline.
• Ruang Gamelan: Inspired by the celestial gamelan set in Javanese wayang mythology, which plays melodiously on its own.
• Diskografi: Houses hundreds of original master tape documents belonging to Lokananta Records.
• Bengawan Solo: Chronicles the journey of a song's creation, culminating in its production as a vinyl record.
• Anekanada: Showcases a small selection from Lokananta Records' impressive 5,600-strong vinyl collection from its peak years.
• Proklamasi: Presents historical facts related to the recording of Indonesia’s independence proclamation speech, which was duplicated and distributed by Lokananta Records.

Temporary Exhibition Room:

• “Dari Ngak Ngik Ngok Ke Dheg Dheg Plas” (March 10, 2024 - March 8, 2025): An exhibition featuring archives and historical documentation of Indonesian music history during a tumultuous decade, from 1959 to 1969. It explores the transition of music during the independence era, pre-Lokananta, the banning of Western lifestyles, the involvement of state apparatus in the Indonesian music scene, and the emergence of red-label bands in Indonesia.
