We start the day with an early pick-up (anytime around 8AM depending on your location), so you can beat the crowds at Furnas. Take a morning bath at the hot springs, and be the first of the day to enjoy the steaming waters of the volcano (1:30h duration for the bath). Enjoy the scenery beating the crowds that will arrive later.

After enjoy exploring Furnas village and Furnas lake, and stop to see your lunch, the famous local dish - the “cozido”, being pulled from the it´s cooking hole underground. Enjoy the “cozido” at your lunch spot and head back to your accommodation at around 13:30.

The perfect morning in the island, even with bad weather. Also a perfect way to use your morning right after arriving on an early flight, while you beat the jet leg and make time before checking in at your accommodation.
