Access the Alhambra area via the Puerta de los Carros and visit the Palace of Charles V, the most beautiful Spanish Renaissance palace. Built in the middle of the Alhambra, see this symbol of the empire's victory over the last Muslim kingdom in the Iberian Peninsula.

Go down through the Alhambra Forest to the Puerta de las Granadas and to the historic centre of Granada, where you will take a guided tour of the high streets and monuments.
