This private two-hour workshop will provide guests with a comprehensive overview of this traditional craft, from its history and culture to its preparation methods. The demonstration begins where the instructor will guide participants through every step involved in making authentic Turkish coffee.
Guests can learn about grinding techniques, brewing instructions, flavourings and more while enjoying interactive demonstrations on how to make their own cup just like they would find it served in any café or restaurant across Turkey! First, traditional fruit sherbet (Şerbet) made from fresh fruits drink is served as a palate cleanser. While guests drink coffee, the famous Turkish delights and Turkish chocolate are always with. Finally, enjoy drinking their coffee together either inside a cosy home setting or outdoors watching sunset at valley if weather permits - depending on what fits best for each individual group’s preferences!
Our goal is that by participating in this activity travellers gain not only insight into Turkish coffee but also an appreciation for traditional customs that have been passed down through generations here at Cappadocia.
