What you can expect

Explore Dubai in an English guided tour, also audio guided in Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, English, Chinese , Japanese , Russian & Korean.

On this organised Grey line tour, you will have the opportunity to discover the spectacular and lively metropolis of Dubai. The city, developed from a small fishing village at the Dubai Creek, presents itself today as a glamorous metropolis of the Arabian Gulf. Our visits starts with photo-stops of some iconic hotels such as the famous 7 star Burj Al Arab, and The Palm Island which is home to the Atlantis Hotel respectively.

Then we will proceed to the awe-inspiring Grand Mosque of Jumeirah for another photo-stop. After this, We will be just under the Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest tower. You will discover how fast you will climb to the 124th floor to admire the full view of DUBAI. After that, we will spend 2 hours in the world's largest shopping centre, “The Dubai Mall,” where you can enjoy shopping and explore the mall's many attractions. After that, we'll start our journey back to Abu Dhabi passing the famous Emirates Mall, reaching Abu Dhabi after approximately 1h30 drive.

The headphones throughout the journey explained all the venues/events sights as we were going to Dubai. The guide was very informative and explained everything in Dubai. Very good experience and would highly recommend it.

Excellent way to see Dubai. Only downside was the visit to a local shop selling their local goods and the very hard sell they try with you when their goods simply aren’t your cup of tea they don’t like no for an answer! ☹️

This trip is far too rushed. Spent 6 out of 9 hours on a bus. Photo stops are only for 15 minutes, this includes rest room breaks and refreshments. Traffic is appalling. Burj Khalifa is a long queue and then only time to spend about half an hour up there. Dubai mall is huge but you’ll be lucky to get 45 minutes there before the long trip back. You’ll also need to have a good sense of direction to get yourself back to the bus as you’re left to your own devices once you get to the Burj kahlifa. If you want to see Dubai don’t try and do it from Abu Dhabi.

It was so bad and unorganized definitely not worth the money felt so rushed where ever we went and the worst thing is when we went to mall we Wanted to do shopping and our guide wouldn’t wait for us he carried on and apparently we missed out on seeing Burj Khalifa which was main reason we came and when we got back to van he told us it was included we missed out because we went shopping. My wife was so annoyed we came just for Burj Khalifa and we didn’t even get to go there because we weren’t informed properly what was going on he told us before going onto mall we meet back at half 3, never told us we were gona see Burj Khalifa while in mall pathetic and unorganized ruined our holiday mood with this excursion. Shanak is worst door guide in the world.

Overall, we really liked the itinerary of the trip as we were able to see some of Dubai's iconic locations,however the day was very rushed and we did not get enough time at each location. Our driver could not speak English very well/fluently which hindered communication greatly. He rushed us and did not stick to the itinerary timings ie. not having two hours to spend in the Dubai mall and making us be quick at each of the mentioned locations. Hotel drop off at the end of the day also seemed to be a problem, he dropped us off in the middle of no where, in the center of Abu Dhabi expecting us to be able to get a taxi, he then argued with us when we requested to be dropped off at our hotel, which led him to calling his manager who agreed with us to take us back to our hotel. His driving was erratic and dangerous causing my mum and myself to not feel safe especially towards the end of the day

Excellent trip a definate must to Burj Kalifa. Brilliant driver, but a very poor tour guide who seemed to rush us through everything and not do what we actually paid for. A rushed trip on the water taxi and did not get a chance to buy in the souk. Just told us at various places to take pictures and not get off the bus. Seemed like he was in a rush to get back home or whatever and did not get on the bus to go back. Praise to the driver though who kindly stopped at the food market to get dates etc. When we queried why we was not doing things on the itinerary, his reply was your agent should not have said this was included. This also applied to a French family who were on our bus but on a completely different itinerary, under impression that trying to combine two different tours on one bus.

I can not recommend this tour or company. Amongst other things guide told us absolutely nothing and merely took us from one venue to the next and told us when and where to meet up again. There were no bathroom stops and and lunch was at 2.30pm. The bus stopped off somewhere in Abu Dhabi at the end of the day and we were told that return transport to hotel was not included and we were to find our own way back to hotel Unprepared guide. Poor communication skills. Disorganized.
