Enjoy anticuchos, Bolivian-style grilled meat skewers served with a spicy peanut sauce and roasted potatoes. 8:30 PM: Time for a stylish stop at El Bestiario, an eclectic spot where we’ll savour tender smoked pork paired with a comforting té con té—a bold mix of hot tea and singani. 11:00 PM: Let’s turn up the volume at Malegría, a lively club where Latin beats and local rhythms will have you dancing all night. Sip on a chuflay cocktail and let the music take over. 1:00 AM: We wrap things up at La Resistencia, a laid-back bar with great vibes, where we’ll toast to an incredible night with one last drink. Come hungry, come ready to dance, and discover the soul of La Paz after dark.
