What you can expect

You will be received by an executive holding a paging board with your name on it when you exit the aero-bridge at the Delhi Airport (in case of bus transfer from the aeroplane, the executive will meet you at the terminal gate).

You will be then escorted in an electric cart till the immigration area. The executive will also assist you in filling the immigration form (if required).

Then you will be escorted till the luggage belt, where besides the executive there will be a dedicated porter who will assist you with your luggage till your awaiting car.
