During our time together you will be the chef! You will make the dough from scratch, do the lamination, watch the rising of the croissants and bake them.

From the dough to the baking, without forgetting lamination and the fermentation, learn all the secrets of this French delight. You will soon impress your family and friends with your homemade french croissants and pains au chocolat. The recipe and the tips will be send to you after your class so you can reproduce it at home! During the class, you will of course enjoy some croissants and pains au chocolat with a hot drink and you will also enjoy a surprise french pastry made by the chef. During your time with me, we will also discuss your Paris trip and you will be given recommendations for local patisseries and restaurants.
