Know before you book

  • Children 5 and younger are complimentary.
  • Mobile and paper vouchers are accepted for this tour. All vouchers can be redeemed at any of the stops along the route.
  • Classic Route: Operates daily, 10am - 5:30pm. Duration - 90 minutes. Frequency - 30 minutes
  • Home of Carlsberg Route (included in All Routes ticket): Operates daily May - September, Friday - Sunday only from October until April. 11am - 3pm. Duration - 45 minutes. Frequency - 120 minutes
  • Colourful Route (included in All Routes ticket): Operates daily May - September, Friday - Sunday only from October until April. Operates 11:45am - 4:45pm. Duration - 55 minutes. Frequency - 60 minutes
  • Please note, Stop 11 City Hall Square is closed until further notice due to construction work. Stop 12 is a 4 minute walk away
  • Please note, Stop 15 on the Classic Route is out of service until further notice
  • Until 10th April 2025: Monday - Thursday: Only the Classic Route will operate. Friday - Sunday: All Lines operate. 11th April - 5th October: All lines will operate every day. 6th October - 31st December: Monday - Thursday: Only the Classic Route operates. Friday - Sunday: All lines will operate
