This cooking class will allow you to be the creator of your own dishes at 360 degrees. You will meet the chef in his restaurant where he will give you a short briefing on the day's proceedings. You will start the experience with the choice of raw materials at the Ortigia market. The chef will guide you to discover the best products. You will continue with a short tasting of typical products and wine. Once back at the restaurant, you will begin the cooking class, which will include the preparation of three typical Sicilian dishes, a first course, a second course and a salad. At the end you will taste your dishes accompanied by an excellent wine.
