This tour will be an immersion in the communal farms of the indigenous Mayan Tz'utujiles where we will learn about local ecological coffee techniques and the entire process step by step from planting, grain and cup. We will also walk through the streets of the colourful town of San Juan and among the coffee plots so we will get to know the history of coffee and its connection with indigenous communities.
