Know before you book

  • Red Route - First departure from Stop 1 at 9:30am. Last departure from Stop 1 at 8pm. Buses run every 25 minutes. Tour duration - 90 minutes
  • Green Route - First departure from Stop 1 at 10am. Last departure from Stop 1 at 8pm. Buses run every 40 minutes. Tour duration - 45 minutes
  • Mobile and printed paper vouchers are both accepted on this tour and can be redeemed at any of the stops along the routes
  • Vouchers can be used any day within 12 months of travel date selected at check-out
  • Free self-guided walking tour: You can download a free self-guided walking tour of the city. Customers can scan the QR code printed on all maps/ brochures that will be given out
  • Madrid de los Asturias (guided walking tour included in the 48-hour ticket only): every day at 12pm. Meeting Point: 3 Princess Street (Calle Princesa no 3), past the hotel RIU Plaza de Espana, at the bus stop closest to Plaza de Espana. Duration - 60 minutes. Available in Spanish and English
  • Stops 1 and 16 on the Red Route will be closed every Sunday from 9am until 4pm due to the closure of Paseo del Prado to traffic. An alternative stop will be set up on Calle Alfonso XII

What you can expect
