Know before you book

  • Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing more than 275 lbs (124 kg) may be unable to fly. If passengers require a seat belt extender they will not be able to attend.
  • A current, valid, government-issued photo ID is required on the day of travel
  • All bags are subject to inspection. Complimentary lockers are available to hold belongings while flying
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult. Infant rates apply for children under 2; infants will sit on parents' laps

What you can expect

This unique experience starts at Linden Municipal Airport, in Linden, NJ in one of Helicopter Flight Services’ 6-passenger Bell 407 helicopters.

The journey begins by flying past Newark International Airport towards Manhattan. En route to the New York Harbour, views of the illuminated Statue of Liberty will awe before viewing the skyscrapers of the Financial District. Flying north along the Hudson River, you will catch a glimpse of the Empire State Building, as well as Madison Square Garden, Hudson Yards, Chelsea, The West Village, SOHO and TRIBECA. The 9/11 Memorial and One World Trade Centre are also in view.

There are great photo opportunities flying directly over the George Washington Bridge. The helicopter will turn around just north of the Bridge, returning along the same path, offering all passengers spectacular views of the Manhattan skyline. Flying south you can view, Rockefeller Centre and the bright lights of Times Square!
