Water, malt and hops are only some of the ingredients used to produce beer. This thousand-year old drink, enjoyed by Egyptians and Medieval friars, has a great diffusion all around Sardinia both in consumption and in artisan production with a lot of small breweries.
This tour will led us towards a senses experience, discovering small Sardinian breweries in order to discover the phases of the production and the different types of artisan beer.
We offer in combination with one local craft beer a selection of the finest Sardinian cheese in different types and ages, coming from small local productions. All this will also be accompanied by olives and typical Sardinian bread.
