As you unwind on my cosy rooftop in the trendy area of Palermo Soho, We'll delve into every aspect of meat, its preparation, cooking techniques, and the fascinating stories behind our cherished traditions.
What will be tasted?
- Homemade TUCUMANAS EMPANADAS (the most famous in our country)
- MORCILLA
- CHORIZO SAUSAGE. Don't miss the iconic ARGENTINIAN CHORIPAN.
- MATAMBRE PORK BELLY, MARINATED WITH LEMON, MUSTARD & LOCAL HERBS.
- Argentine Steak.
- RIB EYE with malbec salt.
The BBQ will be complemented with ROASTED VEGETABLES SALAD, CRIOLLA SALAD, and SMOKED CHIMICHURRI SAUCE.
Throughout dinner, we'll share and taste a selection of wines, including the traditional MALBEC WINE (three varieties of wines, included in the price)
DESSERT:
Indulge in our DULCE DE LECHE Cake, a treasured “Grandma's recipe.” Finally, we'll raise a toast with a glass of FERNET WITH COCA!
