- Accessibility: We have wheelchair accessible DUCKS from all 3 of our departure locations. If you are booking online you MUST call us and tell us you have a guest that needs to stay in their wheelchair as we need to pull 3 extra seats to fit the wheelchair in the DUCK. If booking in person ensure you tell our Guest Service Representative that you have someone in a wheelchair so we can also pull the 3 extra seats.
- The Duck Boats depart from 3 locations throughout Boston: Museum of Science, New England Aquarium, or Prudential Centre. Travellers must select their departure location during checkout. On the day of travel, please meet at the departure location you have selected during checkout. The meeting location and address will be available in your confirmation after purchase.
