Initially as a small mill with millstones fed by the river, once passed from the father to his son Girolamo known as ““Mommo,“” the mill was transformed and made larger and more efficient to the community, always maintaining the family tradition. This mill, to this day, keeps alive the passion for agriculture and ““milling,“” with choices of quality grains, all from the Sicilian territory, that are handed down from generation to generation
