9:00 - 13:00 Costume Photography in the Forbidden City. The tour guide will take you to a professional costume rental shop near the Forbidden City first. There, you can choose your favourite ancient costumes and get dressed up with the help of professional stylists. Then, enter the Forbidden City. The guide will lead you to visit various palaces and courtyards while introducing the historical and cultural background of this magnificent imperial palace. Meanwhile, a professional photographer will accompany you to take wonderful costume photos at some of the most iconic spots in the Forbidden City, such as the Hall of Supreme Harmony, the Hall of Central Harmony, and the Hall of Preserving Harmony, allowing you to have a unique and memorable experience.

13:00 - 14:30 Explore and Dine at Qianmen (at your own expense). After leaving the Forbidden City, you will be taken to Qianmen by private car. Qianmen is a famous commercial and cultural area in Beijing. There are a variety of traditional Beijing snacks and local restaurants. You can stroll around the streets, taste delicious food like Beijing Roast Duck, Zhajiang Noodles, Douzhi and Jiaoquan at your own choice, and feel the strong flavour of old Beijing.

Then, professional craftsmen from Ruifuxiang will teach you the traditional button-making skills. You will have the opportunity to make your own Chinese knot buttons under their guidance and take them home as a special souvenir.
