On this excursion, we want to offer you the opportunity to see one of the most deeply rooted traditions in our culture, La sagardotegui.

First of all, we will go to one of the most reputed Cider houses in the region, where you can discover the tradition, elaboration and enjoy the atmosphere and cider house menu.

This menu consists of a cod omelette, cod with peppers, grilled beef steak, ending with a dessert based on walnuts, Idiazabal cheese and quince.
The cider is unlimited, and you can take it right from the wooden barrel.
You can do this visit at lunch time, or in the evening.
Vegetarian options are available.
