Know before you book
- Tickets are valid for a specific date and time and allow for one entry only. Arrive 15 minutes early.
- Age Categories: Adults (18+) and Reduced (Children 8-17, Students, Seniors)
- Participants must be at least 8 years old and 1.30m (4.2ft) tall. Children aged 8-11 must be accompanied.
- Dress comfortably and wear appropriate shoes; avoid hats or caps due to the VR headset. VR experiences can be uncomfortable for some, so it's not suitable for those with claustrophobia or vertigo.
