You will meet your guide in this luxurious private home in the trendy area of Palermo Viejo. Here, you will learn how to light the grill and make your chimichurri before heading out to the area butcher to purchase the main cut of steak for your lunch.

The plaza was turned into an urban vegetable garden by the city. It is managed by the Don Julio restaurant. All of the food generated by the garden is donated to local area kitchens. All of the neighbors, as well as the restaurant, can take their organic waste to the gargen's compost centre.
