This art lesson will take place at our property in Sanawari. We can provide transport from your hotel or residence. Once you arrive at the property, you will meet a local artist who will show you how to make a silhouette painting on a canvas with your choice of a ready-made stencil, wax, and paint done in the traditional Tanzanian style. Or you can learn to paint a subject of your choosing on a canvas with acrylic and brush. There is also the option to learn to paint with a knife in the traditional Tanzanian style. Brunch can be provided during the lesson and once the paint has dried we can take you and your piece of art back to the place you're staying. All ages and artistic skill levels are welcome to join in this lesson.
