What you can expect

Take a day trip from Brussels to Antwerp, the second-largest city in Belgium and home to Europe’s second-largest harbour. On a 5.5-hour excursion, you will be driven in a luxury vehicle to Antwerp where you’ll have the opportunity to explore Antwerp’s rich past. This is the city that was home to P. P. Rubens, the world-famous painter of the 17th-century.

You’ll be taken to the city centre and depart the tour bus to visit Marquet Square, which is lined by ancient houses. Peruse around this fascinating place with your guide who will tell you about its interesting past. This is also the site of Our Lady's Cathedral. During your tour of Our Lady's Cathedral, you will get to see amongst many other treasures, two of Ruben's masterpieces.

Antwerp is also known as the world's diamond centre. On your visit to the city, you will get the opportunity to visit a diamond workshop and learn about the production of one of the world's most valuable items. You’ll also have a chance to see the oldest part of Antwerp’s harbour, during a drive-through in a luxurious, private vehicle.
