Visit a family owned winery founded in 1917 in Valpolicella region and discover the secrets of the famous Amarone red wine.
You'll be welcomed in an organic historic estate in the wine country of Valpolicella Classica, based in a rural farmhouse built in 1917 and surrounded by beautiful valleys rich in vineyards, cherry and olive trees.
You'll visit the drying room and you'll discover the secrets of “essicamento” process, where grapes can stay for some months to dry naturally and slowly, which is important to create our Amarone and Recioto.
The tour will then move onto our barriques room, where silence and tranquillity bring to completation our nectar.
You will have the opportunity to discover our most ambitious project: the fermentation in the terracotta amphorae, which presents us an Amarone of a wonderful structure, rich in floral aromas so far unknown in Valpolicella.
At the end of the tour, you'll sit in our modern tasting room or terrace and taste five fine wines and breadsticks.
