Afternoon Tea Workshop Experience: Join us for an elegant and delicious afternoon tea baking workshop! You will be welcomed with one glass of prosecco or juice on arrival as you learn how to make a variety of classic tea-time treats. We'll provide all the equipment and ingredients, so you don't need to worry about a thing. Our experienced instructor will guide you through each step of the process, sharing tips and tricks to help you perfect your technique. We will bake some traditional plain or fruit scones, with a tutorial on how to make our super berry home-made jam, which you will also be given a sample to take home. You can perfect your piping skills as we learn how to pipe professional looking roses onto our cupcakes, and finish of by creating a light and fluffy, zesty lemon mouse. During your workshop, there will be a short break where you can sample some complimentary tasty treats and mingle with the other budding bakers in attendance. Whether you're an experienced baker or a beginner, this workshop is the perfect opportunity to learn something new and indulge in some delicious treats. Please allow 2.5/3 hours for each workshop.
