The walk will start in the new part of the city. In a few minutes we will reach the Sassi district, the famous and ancient district of the city included in the list of World Heritage Sites by UNESCO. We will visit the entire area passing through its magnificent alleys and various panoramic points.
Sasso Caveoso (Pass by)
This historic district of Matera is characterised by rock houses dug directly into the limestone rock. It is famous for its picturesque streets and suggestive views of the surrounding landscape.
