Take a 3 minute cable car ride to the top of this iconic mountain. Grab a photo opportunity as the cable car rotates 360 degrees en route to the top. Take a walk on the table top and learn about the bird and plant species. Lookout for the dassie - the well nourished rock rabbit famous in the national park. Explore the amazing view of the city of Cape Town including Robben Island and the entire bay. Outstanding is the long beach from the harbour all the way to Blauberg. You could meet some of the hikers who use several of the hiking trails to the top. Lookout for the most popular beach in Cape Town Camps Bay and the Twelve Apostles peaks.
Camp's Bay Beach

Take a walk on this pure white sand beach and take a dip in the Atlantic Ocean. Look out for the iconic Table Mountain, The Twelve Apostles peaks and Lion's Head. This is the most popular beach in the city because of its restaurants, hotels and coffee shops. Take as many photos as you like as this is a location with totally outstanding surroundings. There are a few local vendors with amazing art and craft for your shopping. At times you also encounter some of Cape Town street entertainers showing off their gymnastic skills.
Hout Bay

This is a very small but attractive village, surrounded by the mountains, the ocean and the African blue sky. Take a walk on the harbour and lookout for a seal or two out of water. Time permitting take a 45 - 1 hour boat ride to Seal Island where you will encounter more than 4 000 seals at any given time. This is not recommended when the sea is rough. Lookout for the fish processing factory which sells freshly caught fish. There are countless fishing boats - as this place is home to the fishing industry in Cape Town. You can also take a stroll around as you go through the art and craft on sale by the local vendors.
Chapman's Peak Drive

Explore this almost 10km scenic drive, an architectural feat curved on the mountain side. This is one of the most photogenic locations on this tour. With 114 curves from start to finish there are several photo stops with totally outstanding surroundings. This is also home to the Protea - the national flower. In this nature reserve are several animal species that include the Chacma baboons, Antelopes, Zebras, Caracal and the wild beasts. There is the ever popular lighthouse which is accessible by a 12 minute walking trail or a 3 minute funicular. There is a flight of steps that takes you up. Explore the few lookout positions wherefrom you can also grab a great view of the new lighthouse which is currently in use.

Simon's Town
