We will start our visit at the Grand'Place of Brussels with a brief historical explaination. Then we will have our first chocolate tasting at Galler Chocolates, specialised in dark chocolate and the latest new flavours like orange, pepper, earl grey. Macarons are famous in France, but in Belgium we make them too. You can choose between a wide range of flavours : from rose to caramel. Time to head towards our workshop for the pastries and truffles making. The workshop includes all the steps to make the famous choux with wipped cream and chocolate, truffles coated into chocolate and combined with fruits. Everything you made will be wrapped up and you will take it home with you. After the workshop we offer a selection of Belgian pastries with coffee, hot chocolate or soft drinks. Before finishing the tour we will take you to chocolatier Mary in order to taste the famous Truffle Champagne Rosé, made with the rubi chocolate. The tour will end in the same location where it started : Grand'Place. Your guide will unravel you the secrets of pastry and truffle making, aswell as information about the major sights of Brussels.
