Pretty good for the price paid. Clean and everything in the room was working well including air con, shower, hair dryer, safe. Super friendly and helpful staff. Quite a few great dining places within walkable distance. Minimart right beside hotel. Will stay here if I come to seminyak again.

The staff were wonderful. The pool area was very nice. Food and cocktails were very good, the only thing that needed improving was the breakfasts.

This is an older property a few blocks away from the main strip in Seminyak and about 30 minutes walk from the beach. The property is showing a bit of age but it is more like patina in this case. The villas them selves are very spacious with a large bedroom/bathroom area and then a spacious living, dining and kitchen area next to your own nicely sized private pool. There is a small spa on site which offers a good variety of treatments at very good rates and a nice restaurant which serves lots of choices for food and drink. The staff are the true standout, truly lovely people customer service taken to the next level. We will certainly stay here again if the we have a chance.

The property is beautiful. The rooms are like suites. The Balinese people are lovely and so polite. However there’s only a few restaurants and if you feel like going shopping or exploring different places or restaurants, you’re pretty limited on the property itself. If you’re looking for a few days of. Quiet and relaxation This is the place for you
