The hotel is well situated, but was quiet. The inside and facilities are of a high standard and all the staff are friendly and willing to help. Our only very small problem was that there was no top sheet on the bed, only a duvet, which was too hot to sleep under. It would have been more comfortable to have had the choice.

We had the suite room and it was beautiful! Very thoughtful design with shades and lighting and stunning view. Great location for visiting Chinatown and other surrounding areas. Will definitely come again!

The property and staff were good. Unfortunately we were never checked on to replenish our amenities. The cleaning staff did not speak English. We had to constantly ask the staff to replenish our bath soap and it never came.
