"This property is surrounded on both sides by the Grampians, nestled near the town centre of Halls Gap. Plenty of wild animals to see, kangaroos, wallabies, deer and ducks are all plentiful. "Loved the kangaroos. A pic of them posing was literally taken into consideration when looking for a place. As other reviews stated AC was in living room. Bedroom got hot when doors closed. Bathroom was good. Plenty of beds to choose. Kitchen was welcome though we didny get to use. We we disappointed we didnt get to stick around longer to enjoy the place and amenities."

"A clean and tidy motel with basic but adequate facilities. Good value. Convenient breakfast. A good spot to stop en route. 8 year old reports that his “bunk bed was squeaky but it had a playground and lots of space and needs more playground equipment” and gives 3/5. 6 year old reports it was “a little bit small” but gives 5/5. Wife felt “was like a school camp motel” but still 4/5. Overall, a good result!"
