The staff here were amazing. We had an issue with our room, but as soon as I explained they moved us to a beautiful view and it made our entire trip! Well done The Scott Hotel

The hotel has a modern and stylish design, with clean, spacious, and well-equipped rooms. My room was exceptionally comfortable, featuring a cozy bed, a well-designed workspace, and a sleek bathroom. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep despite being in the heart of the city.

I really wanted to like this place but ....well I just can't. I would say the best part of this hotel is breakfast and checking out. First let's start with arrival. Good luck finding the parking garage, and when you do find it there's NOTHING to indicate that this particular garage has anything to do with the hotel, that is until you travel down and get the parking ticket. Then you'll see a sign for the hotel, but don't expect to get to the hotel from the garage. You'll have to take the elevator to the Manhattan Center, exit the building and make your way over to the hotel about 150 away. That's not too terrible except all the smokers and beggera standing outside. Once you make it to the lobby good luck on figuring anything out. There's an empty receptionist desk and nothing to indicate you need to make your way to second floor. It doesn't take much to put up a sign. Finally made it to the second floor and the check in line was down the hall. Almost a twenty minute wait to check in. Did I forget to mention the lobby downstairs smells like smoke and sewage. Okay, all checked in. Let's check out the pool. Not happening I think every one who checked in wa in the pool. I'll pass. The room was fine, the heat didn't work so so much for staying warm. The breakfast was the highlight and I wouldn't waste time on any other meals.
