"Check-in was very easy. Most of the staff speak English well. The room was spacious, however the windows did not open and the room would get very damp. This was the only real downside. Room service and the restaurant were excellent with friendly staff. It was easy to work in the restaurant area in between meal times and WiFi was generally reliable. Great value with nice feeling in Bogor

"Very nice hotel and excellent value for money. Stand was the service - front desk, cleaning, restaurant all so very helpful and spoke enough English to help me. We had a balcony room, which was a good space - not cramped, and also a good feel. Nice shower good air cond, and felt safe - also fairly quiet. Location was good - plenty of food and coffee options incl markets near and a ten minute walk up to the gardens. The only small criticism is the towels are getting a bit old but still work fine."
