"It was a fine stay, clean enough and comfortable. The desk staff was all business no flair or welcome feel, but fine. Breakfast is convenient and good (the ladies staffing breakfast were incredibly diligent and on top of everyone's needs). The pool was too cold to bare for more than 20 minutes and the spa was a weird gray, disappointing but ok. Great location, very convenient to get to everything in Hershey. "

"We sometimes stay overnight in Hershey when the Bears have a quick turnaround back to back. We found Escape Inn as a much more reasonable alternative and have been very pleased so far. "Stayed as the Dove rooms. Arrived ealier than check in, then waited about 15 minutes for any office staff to be in the office. Was told to wait 35 minutes (in reality over 1.5 hours) to get into my room, which is fine again I was early. Room was clean, but very unmaintained- multiple visible drywall dings/paint cuts/ WATER DAMAGE around tub; since they decided to use wooden trim around a jacuzzi. 2 person stand in shower, with horrible pitching caused slippery surface and water pooling....
