"The rooms at this hotel were spacious and felt like a true home away from home. They were well-equipped, featuring a kitchen and a laundromat that was easy to use—great for longer stays or if you just need to freshen up your clothes. The views from the room were also fantastic, adding an extra touch to the experience. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive, making sure everything was taken care of. Overall, I was very impressed with the room and amenities, and it contributed to a very comfortable stay."

"The hotel room we stayed at was very clean and building looks pretty brand new. My friend and I were really impressed by the interior and amenities of the hotel. The staff even upgraded our room with a better view. You have to take an elevator up to the concierge, which has a chill dining/bar area, and then from there, another elevator up to your room, which I find interesting, because this way, it can avoid seeing many in/outs of people on the main first floor which sometimes could be deliveries etc. Overall, it was a great stay, if I ever come back to Changsha, I’ll definitely come back to this hotel."

"Very nice hotel to stay at. Location was great as it is very near to airport for our next trip out. Staff had been helpful and hotel room is very comfortable and nice. Also had free laundry usage which we had used. But do note that you need to monitor your clothes as we had an unpleasant experience. We had used the washing machine which included the dryer and had left it to run while we went back to our room. About an hour and a half later, we got back to check and was horrified to find that a Chinese man had stopped the machine, taken our clothes out and used it for his own clothing. When confronted together with the helpful hire attendant at the linen room, he claimed he wasn’t the one who took it out but another Chinese lady who had used the other machine later told us that it was the same man who took our clothes out."
