Overall a not a bad hotel. Laundry requires a fee, and I wish they would show it on the website. There is only one washer and the dryer isn’t very good. But the location is near a busy street with a lot of stores.

Quiet neighbourhood. A younger female staff is untactful when handling her customers with rude remarks.

Great, modern and clean hotel. Location was super convenient being so close to Taipei station. Staff were also really helpful for my entire stay.

The property is a good price and is located just minutes from a major MRT station. It was very quiet inside, even with an MRT line running right across the street. However, the property is very dark inside, the walls ceilings and floor are black, the breakfast room is nearly windowless and equally black in color. While stylish, it started to feel a bit oppressive. The lobby is too tiny to be suitable to meet with groups. Some guest rooms had clothes washers but no windows, others had a window but no washers. We were not aware of this at check in. Rooms are very tiny. Breakfast options were very limited in selection.

Decent hotel but rooms are nothing special. Good pool, helpful staff.
