"Great customer service! They are very helpful to guests, and it is a unique guesthouse with lots of wood and art. It is right around the corner from the Sun Moon village night market. There are a few resort villages around the lake, but this one is the closest to the cable car that goes to the Aboriginal Culture Park. The cable car is walking distance (and worth the ride), but you can also rent bicycles or electric bicycles very affordably near the hotel and get around easily."

"One of the best ways to meet local people is to stay in a place like this. The owner was very friendly and helpful, collecting us from and taking us back to the station. The property was very clean and comfortable and located in a residential area. There was a go-kart centre opposite but not an issue. Breakfast was interesting and a mixture of local and western dishes served at the time of your choosing. No evening meal available so a short walk into the local village. Found a Vietnamese...
