"We was checked in late but wow the staff was amazing. Everyone was smiling and looked after us from start to finish. We have 2 small children which was hard work but the staff went above and beyond to make our stay easy as possible. Only thing we didnt like was the room layouts and the way you close the doors for toilet and showers. Room hotel views are also stunning by the way😍"

"I usually dont bother to write a review, but I wanted to share my better-than-expected experience of the Vaperse Hotel as I read some reviews that almost deterred me from staying there. The location is excellent, and an underground car park is available if you are driving. Check-in was efficient, no problems with the language barrier, and it was better than the average English level if you compare it to other non-western hotel chains. "Good hotel. Does need some input regarding the needs of European visitors. In particular the breakfasts because the food which should have been warm/hot wasn't always. There was often a lack of glasses, plates, cutlery etc, that necessitated them being requested. Everything is there to bring it to an acceptable level, just better staff training required in that area. The staff were very helpful, the rooms were well equipped and of a good size. Recommended."
