Good Experience Overall
I had a great experience overall. The hotel is in a good location with close proximity to the beach. Beach access is well within walking distance, and I walked to the Fisher Girl Statue. The room was clean and well-lit with a big window view. The staff members I met were friendly, and the gentleman who checked me in spoke a fair amount of English and Russian. Overall,I enjoyed my stay and would happily stay again.

check in 遇到問題, 因為我們用hotel.com訂這酒店, 但當check in 時, 卻找不到本人資料,reception同事還說沒有和hotel.com有合作關係. 我打上hotel.com hotline時才和我說, 原來hotel.com 和另一家當地旅遊公司合作的, 而酒店只有這當地旅行社資料, 最近搞了30分鐘才可入住.hotel.com在confirmation email完全沒有提到是另一個旅遊公司幫我預訂, 這便我十分不滿.
