"A 3 minute walk from the high-speed train station which is why we stayed there because we were taking a train. Breakfast is plentiful and abundant and comes with the room, and the staff are nice and the rooms are spacious and the view is great and just a fantastic place. a little hard to find even for some local cab drivers and the streets around there as you would expect in China are pretty clotted but once you get the lay of the land you're going to be okay"

The front desk staff we talked to knew very little English and when spoken to in Chinese, were not very helpful and generally confused when we asked for restaurant recommendations. "17yuan trip from the train station, close to universities and right beside a brand new mall with three floors of restaurants and some fun little shops. Far from old Zhengzhou so a 30 minute taxi ride costing about 45 yuan. Staff did not speak any English so there was some confusion even using Google translate but the room was clean and the beds were nice and soft so we were satisfied. "
