"Bon séjour comme d'habitude dans cet hôtel. L'anglais est difficielement parlé mais on arrive à tout avec des traducteurs. Les chambres sont bien mais la clim un poil bruyante. Le petit déjeuner est comme à son habitude : une horeur. Rien de bon, pas varié. Il vaut mieux s'en passer que de dépenser son argent inutilement. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir mais sans prendre le petit déjeuner ! "

"The stay would be so much better if it wasn’t completely ruined by an incompetent receptionist. When checking out, I asked her to call us a taxi to Futian Railway Station, even showed her a photo with address both in English and Hong Kong. She called us two cabs and both of them took us to Futian Port, which is completely different from Railway Station. We only found out about it at passport check because they told us we are at the wrong location. We ended up missing the train, wasting 400HK$...

The breakfast buffet was quite impressive—lots of choices in Chinese. Continental food was good, too. Our only complaint is that the eggs, sautéed mushrooms and fried potatoes were kind of cold unless, of course, you had them prepared for you. "Very comfortable stay. We were upgraded to a wonderful room. It was very spacious and super comfortable. The bathroom was nice sized and had all the toiletries. The breakfast buffet was quite impressive—lots of choices in Chinese. Continental food was good, too. Our only complaint is that the eggs, sautéed mushrooms and fried potatoes were kind of cold unless, of course, you had them prepared for you. I also think the orange juice was canned and not squeezed. Some of the staff in the restaurant had difficulty communicating in English but they were very helpful and polite. The location was okay. We thought it was kind of far from the city center and all the major malls. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay there, and we would like to come back."
