My and my family spent in this hotel already second vacation and I have to write that stuff is amazing. All of them are very very nice and nothing is problem for them. Always when we asked for something non-standard they always with smile provided it for us. This customer service should be taught to other hotels.

Das Hotel war sauber, das Personal freundlich, die Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Restaurant hat etwas Kantinenflair, besonders zu den Stoßzeiten ist es sehr laut. Das Frühstück bietet alles, was man für einen guten Start in den Tag benötigt und, was ich sehr positiv hervorheben muss, war es selbstverständlich, dass man sich sein Carepaket für den Tag schnüren konnte und Brötchen, Süßspeisen oder Obst eintüten konnte. Toll. In anderen Hotels wird man hierfür schräg angeschaut, dort ist es das normalste der Welt. Die Terrasse und der Ausblick sind phänomenal. Aufgrund der Sanierungsarbeiten war es morgens nach hinten raus schon sehr früh recht laut, da ab 6:30/7 Uhr die Bauarbeiter anreisten und die Türen der Container quietschten. Mit Fenster bzw Tür zu hörte man jedoch gar nichts, da es sich um neue Fenster und Türen handelt, die 1a zu sein scheinen. Die Zimmer wurden bei Bedarf gereinigt und der Check-out war leicht online zu bewerkstelligen. Es gibt zu wenig Parkplätze, wenn man abends in die Stadt gefahren ist, um Essen zu gehen, hatte man manchmal Not noch einen Parkplatz zu bekommen, grad mit einem größeren Auto. Der Weg zu Fuß, vom Parkplatz zum Hotel, sollte optimiert werden. Derzeit wird ein Trampelpfad über eine steilere Wiese genutzt. Mit Gepäck unbedingt vorfahren und erst ausladen und danach dann umparken. Vllt lösen sich diese Probleme aber auch mit dem derzeitigen Umbau. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt.

Perfekt für den Familienkurztrip! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen dass die Kinder mit Herzblut in das Konzept eingebunden sind (z.B. Bademantel und Hausschuhe sowie Kosmetikartikel für Kinder genauso wie für Erwachsene auf dem Zimmer, Massageangebot für Kinder, Schlitten- und Spieleleihmöglichkeit, auch die Kinderbetreuung war toll mit wechselndem Programm. Reichhaltiges Frühstück- und Abendbuffet. Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: Kinderschemel im Bad hat gefehlt, eine kleine Spiel- oder Bauecke in der Lobbybar wäre schön gewesen, Akustik im Schwimmbad und Restaurant verbesserungswürdig. Großes Lob an die freundlichen Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen.

Lage: Absolut ruhig im Böhmerwald gelegen. Die Gegend bringt viel Natur und es sind auch zwei Alpakas hier...niedlich. Also an die frische Luft, wandern und die Nahe oder weitere Umgebung besuchen. Zimmer: Absolut sehr saubere, moderne Zimmer. Die Einrichtung an sich lädt schon zum längeren verweilen ein. Betten sehr gut. Wir haben geschlafen wie die Götter. Bad modern, sehr sauber und groß mit Ritual Pflegeprodukte jeglicher Art...toll!, auch die Dusche...denn da passt jeder rein und wir hatten schon anderes erlebt.  Service: Absolut aufmerksames, kompetentes, hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstücksangebot ist einfach toll, alles vorhanden. Auf Allergien (Laktoseintoleranz) wird umfassend reagiert, so eine Auswahl wird selten angeboten. Herzlichen Dank. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und das Abendessen in Büfettform einfach der Hammer, tolle Auswahl und es schmeckt alles hervorragend. Also, noch mal an das gesamte Team...Herzlichen Dank...wir kommen wieder!... Und es gibt einen Willkommens Gruss als Getränk und es gibt eine Kaffeebar, auch mit Sekt und man darf sich Obst und belegte Brote mitnehmen und beim auschecken gibt es noch eine Flasche Wasser gratis. Haben wir noch nie so erlebt, tolles Haus!!! Kommunikation: WLAN sehr gut. Absolut stabile Bandbreite im ganzen Haus.

Great hotel with excellent facilities for both adults & children. We stayed with half board and there was always superb selection of food to choose from. The hotel itself is the only building in the area so it's very quiet. Loved the proximity of ski lift & ski slope a minute from the hotel. Will definitely come again!

Sehr schönes Hotel mit gemütlichem Zimmer. Frühstücksbuffet war perfekt, es gab verschiedene Brötchen, Eier, warmes Buffet, kaltes Buffet, Kuchen, was das Herz begehrt. Wir hatten am ersten Abend in der Bar-Restaurant auch Abend gegessen, war sehr lecker und zu empfehlen. Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Lage des Hotels war auch hübsch, mitten im Grünen, rundum Wald.

Pěkný prodloužený víkend

Pokoj byl čistý, pěkný. Koupelna maličká, ale dostačující. Hotel celkově pěkný. Personál příjemný a ochotný. Strava - polopenze velmi chutná. Pokrmy v "restauraci" mimo polopenzi také chutné.

Den perfekte ferie

Fantastisk hotel med virkelig god service og hjælpsomt personale. Fik gode råd til ture i området og lejede cykel. Massage kan klart anbefales, foruden pool og sauna. Maden både morgen og aften er meget varieret og med gode friske råvarer. Stort lyst moderne værelse. Og så er udsigten helt fænomenal. 5 stjerner ud af 5.

Accomodatie is ver afgelegen van het dorpje doch zeer rustig gelegen. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers worden niet opgemaakt. Gedurende de ganse week werd het beddenlinnen niet 1x gewisseld. Prijs is veel te duur voor wat het is. Het is een massa toerisme hotel. Kijk goed je eindafrekening na, bij mij stonden er drankjes op van andere tafels.

Klid, čistota, výborné jídlo a příjemná obsluha.

Celý hotel je udržován v perfektním stavu, čistota pokojů a stravovacích prostorů v době korona viru je na vysoké úrovni. Personál rychlý a ochotný. Měli jsme polopenzi a byli jsme velmi spokojení s kvalitou jídel a bohatou nabídkou různých druhů jídel..

Super Lage und ein tolles Hotel zur Weiterempfehlu

Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Bitte beachten, dass nur Tschechisch oder Englisch gesprochen wird. An der Rezeption konnte eine Mitarbeiterin ziemlich gut Deutsch, diese waren aber leider gerade am Empfang äusserst unfreundlich und hatten böse Gesichter. Wenn das nicht gewesen wäre war es ein rundum guter Tag mit Nacht. Im Hotel ist an alles gedacht, auch für die Kleinen.

Mitten im Wanderparadies

Perfektes Resort mit renovierten Zimmern und ausgezeichnetem Personal. Die wunderschöne Lage ist ein weiteres Plus dieser Unterkunft. Leider hallt es im Speisesaal sehr, eine Schalldämmung wäre eine Bereicherung, dann würde man sich auch beim Essen wohl fühlen.
