"Doma Zagreb was clean, quiet and was a wonderful room. Has little kitchenette. The owner was terrific with hospitality and communication. Walking distance to square and restaurants. A few stairs to get to room but doable. We enjoyed our stay. "

"The apartments are centrally located to so many things! The tram runs right past the front of the building too. The only drawback for us was the number of stairs as my elderly mother traveled with us and we had to carry her luggage up. "

"The name states it all. This was luxury both due to the apartment and the location. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable and the location is perfect with everything being within walking distance. Definitely recommended for a visit to Zagreb."

"I reached late night they never opened the door despite knocking for 30 minutes, It was cold freezing and raining, I almost died as this was isolated place and walking to any other hotel was very hard, I lost all my booking money and found a nic hotel at 2 am, all time horrible hotel experience."

By calling the owner directly they provided the information directly. The next day we received the email with entry details from Hotel.com. We had problems with wifi but owners sorted it out. "We enjoyed our stay at Black 49. When we arrived, I realised that we had not been provided with check-in instructions, however this was quickly fixed by contacting the property manager. The check-in instructions were easy to follow, and I was happy to find that there is an elevator in the building. The room was large and clean with a kitchen, large fridge, washing machine, dining table, and a comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked well and it was a comfortable and welcoming space to relax...

"This is a great hotel and the staff are lovely! Trying to access the lobby for check in was difficult with the streetcars and traffic out in front…very intimidating for foreigners. Once the parking is located, it is easy and safe to get to the hotel and to your room. Directions to the underground parking should be emphasized. "
