"Lovely hotels and enjoyed it. However we paid for a room upgrade but not 100% we received what we paid for, try speaking to staff about it but got nowhere. "Inside the building was quiet, no loud parties etc. However, my apartment was facing a street with a very busy and loud traffic of garbage trucks, cement trucks etc. during weekdays and it was rather tiring. Another inconveniene was that the aparment was facing south and was very hot during a day. If I knew all that I would choose an apartment away from the noisy street and facing north or east. "

"Great location near transportation, restaurants, bats, stores. We walked from Central train station. Great staff. Quiet, comfy bed, adequate kitchen for breakfast and snacks. Lots of hot water, dark shades. A bit hard to find, but worth it. Great place, would definitely stay here again."

"Great location to explore old town"

"We loved the location of this property. Within 1km of so many dining options and shopping plazas, as well as local indulgences. The receptionist was super sweet and very professional. Super safe and quiet location which was a plus! Will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays. The only thing my friends and I would’ve loved to see as an amenity was gym access. "

"This property has a nice view and is very centric. Advertised parking in the street was impossible, do not count on it. The house condition was poor: horrible pillows, bad maintained shower a dirty and rusty. Pans and knifes deteriorated , I could not cut a piece of bread with it. Also to open the apartment was a hassle: 3 keys. It took me about 10 minutes to do so. Maybe better instructions are needed. I would not stay here again."

"Skidmarks in the toilet, lights dont work in the room, there is no key to lobby you have to know how to pick a lock or shim the door everytime, the building name is unclear. Unclear instructions on how to enter. Hair all over the shower floor, the washing machine will electrocute you if you touch it inside. "The property was comfortable with lots of room. However, the property doesn’t have air conditioning. In the August heat we had to keep windows open so every car or person walking by would wake us up. Plus for 2 weeks worth of time booked we were only given ONE roll of toilet paper. The property has a washing machine but no way to dry the clothes afterwards. "

"Nice studio, needs some improvement for the shower by having either a curtain or glass as water went everywhere without this. To much noisy in the first floor and in the hallways. The clarity of the kitchen window doesn't help if you like darkness within the room at night. A blackout curtain is recommended. The rest was very clean, nice, cozy and comfortable make me feel at home. Also would say the location of this studio was excellent as close to everything you would want to see or do."

"The hotel location couldn't be better, just right in the middle of the center of Waesaw. We had 3 rooms with a king size bed each. The room was soaciois and clean. There were 2 big windows and a big bath. My friend's room had a balcony too. We used to have the morning coffee at hers. The only thing that i woukd not consider a con though is not having a conditioner. You have only one bottle of shampoo and serves as a body showe gel as well. I did manage though. The staff is so kind, helpful and smiling all along our stay."
